Rapid Prototype Service

Express Prototyping provide a unique rapid prototype service, your full colour CAD models available in your hands within days or hours depending upon your requirements. Using the latest technology and finishing techniques, we can provide parts for form & fit evaluation, initial concept models, presentation/ appearance models & functional testing.
Single models up to a maximum size of 254mm x 356mm x 203mm (10" x 14" x 8") can be positioned in the build platform. Models with larger geometry can be trimmed to fit the build area, printed individually and re-assembled to form one complete model. Model resolution is 600 x 540 dpi with a build layer thickness of 0.1 to 0.2mm. The unique abilities of the colour service allow us to offer prototypes with the inclusion of specific branding and labelling applied directly onto the model. If you have more than one component making up an assembly, no problem, with our technology we can often print the model as a 'complete' assembly (tolerance's permitting).
